Important legal status. These Terms are a pre-launch working version for the 1MP landing page and reservation-interest phase. They are not final commercial terms. They must be reviewed and replaced by qualified legal counsel before paid sales, user accounts, pixel ownership allocation, payment processing, invoicing, prize promotions or charity commitments are activated.
1. What 1MP is intended to be
1MP is being developed as a digital advertising marketplace built around a public canvas of 1,000,000 limited pixel spaces. The intended commercial product is digital visibility: a buyer may be able to claim a pixel or block, submit approved creative content, and link that approved space to an approved external URL.
The project is currently in its MVP validation phase. The website is used to explain the concept, collect early interest and test market demand before a full marketplace is launched.
2. Current status: reservation interest only
The current website does not process payments, does not create user accounts, does not issue invoices, does not assign final pixel ownership, does not guarantee coordinate allocation and does not activate any prize promotion.
Submitting a reservation-interest form means only that you are asking to be contacted or considered for a future launch. It does not create a binding purchase contract, does not reserve a legally enforceable position on the grid and does not entitle you to any prize, reward, refund, discount or exclusive right.
3. Marketplace nature of the future product
1MP must be treated first as a marketplace for digital advertising space. Any future payment must be for the advertising product itself, not for odds, tickets, chances, gambling participation, raffle participation or automatic entry into a prize mechanism.
The platform must not be marketed as a casino, lottery, betting product, game of chance, raffle or gambling service. Any separate promotional campaign, if ever activated, must have its own official rules, eligibility controls, country restrictions, tax treatment and legal review.
4. Operator details
The final operating company, registered address, tax identification details, support address and governing law must be inserted before any commercial launch. Until then, references to “1MP”, “we”, “us” or “the platform” refer to the pre-launch project team operating this validation website.
5. Eligibility and country restrictions
The landing page may be viewed internationally, but future sales, payments, advertising placements, user accounts and any promotional activity may be restricted by country, age, sanctions, payment-provider rules, tax requirements, platform safety rules and local law.
1MP may refuse or delay access, reservations, purchases or publication from countries or regions that have not been legally approved for the relevant feature.
6. Future pixel purchases
Before paid sales are enabled, the platform must publish final commercial terms covering at least: pricing, currency, taxes, invoice rules, payment methods, refund rules, moderation rules, duration of display, buyer obligations, technical limits, editing rights, removal rights and dispute handling.
Unless final commercial terms state otherwise, a pixel or block should be understood as a limited digital advertising placement on the platform, not as ownership of land, securities, equity, intellectual property in the platform, blockchain assets, financial instruments or any off-platform property right.
7. Content submissions
Users may be invited to submit a name, brand name, logo, image, color, short message, country, category, intended URL and other display information. By submitting content, the user represents that they have all rights, licences, permissions and authority required to use that material and to allow 1MP to display it on the platform.
Submitting content does not guarantee publication. Publication may require manual review, automated checks, payment confirmation, identity checks, business verification or other controls.
8. Licence to display submitted content
If content is accepted for publication in a future marketplace phase, the user will need to grant 1MP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, crop, display, transmit and technically adapt the submitted material solely as needed to operate, promote, secure and display the marketplace.
The final commercial terms must define the duration of that licence, what happens after cancellation or removal, whether historical grid captures remain visible, and how archival screenshots may be used.
9. Links to third-party websites
Users are responsible for the URLs they submit. 1MP may review domains, redirects, landing pages and destination content before and after publication. Approval of a link does not mean 1MP endorses, controls or accepts responsibility for the linked website.
1MP may reject, suspend or remove links that become unsafe, unlawful, deceptive, harmful, reputationally damaging, payment-provider restricted or inconsistent with the Acceptable Use Policy.
10. Moderation and removal rights
1MP may use manual review, automated tools, security scanners, third-party moderation services and abuse reports to assess submitted content and URLs. Previously approved content may later be removed if new information appears or if the linked destination changes.
Removal may occur without prior notice where there is legal risk, security risk, child-safety risk, malware, phishing, fraud, infringement, sanctions risk, regulator concern, payment-provider requirement or urgent reputational risk.
11. Prohibited uses
All users must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited uses include, without limitation, pornography or explicit sexual content, illegal activity, fraud, scams, malware, phishing, hate speech, harassment, terrorist content, exploitation of minors, unlawful weapons, unlawful drugs, counterfeit goods, serious intellectual property infringement, impersonation and unlawful gambling or prize-promotion activity.
12. No prize promotion in the current MVP
No active prizes. The current landing page does not run any sweepstakes, lottery, raffle, gambling product, prize draw, contest or prize promotion. No person can win a prize by submitting the current reservation-interest form.
If a prize promotion is ever activated, it must be legally separate from the advertising purchase, available only in approved jurisdictions, governed by official rules, subject to age and eligibility requirements, and supported by tax, KYC, audit and fraud-prevention processes where required.
13. Charity and donation statements
Any future charity or donation commitment must be stated clearly and must define the beneficiary or selection process, conditions, timing, amount, proof of payment, due diligence, tax treatment and what happens if the campaign does not reach its targets.
The current MVP page should not be interpreted as a completed donation, legally binding donation agreement or guarantee of payment to any charity.
14. Refunds and cancellations
The current MVP does not process payments, so no marketplace refund mechanism is active. Before paid sales are enabled, a Refund Policy must define when refunds are available, when they are not available, what happens if submitted content is rejected, how chargebacks are handled and what rights consumers may have under applicable law.
15. Availability and technical changes
The landing page may be modified, interrupted, removed, redesigned, migrated or replaced at any time during the pre-launch phase. Features shown in the MVP, including prices, packages, grid previews, statistics and reservation flows, may change before commercial launch.
16. No professional advice
Information on the website is provided for general project communication. It is not legal, tax, financial, investment, advertising, compliance or technical advice.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the pre-launch project team is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of opportunity, reputational harm, loss of data or reliance on MVP-stage information. Mandatory consumer rights, data protection rights and legal rights that cannot be waived are not limited by these draft terms.
18. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the project moves from MVP validation to commercial launch. Material changes should be reflected by a new version number and date.
19. Contact
Questions about these draft Terms can be sent to the contact email configured on the 1MP website. The final operator contact details must be inserted before commercial launch.
